Feedback on Thorness Bay Holiday Park?

We stayed at Thorness Bay Caravan Park for a short break during the first week of May. The site is pleasantly located on the coast, and is close to both Newport and Cowes.

The park itself has a small swimming pool, large outdoor play area and bar and restaurant area. We were lucky enough to have a caravan near the residential area, which was lovely and peaceful and well maintained.

The accommodation itself was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The unit was well equipped with all we needed and had a shower which was surprisingly hot and powerful!

I would recommend the Isle of Wight to anyone with a young family, as there is so much to see and do. A zoo, a wildlife park, theme parks and a variety of other places to explore, the Isle of Wight is a great place to spend a holiday, and the whole island is close enough to reach with a minimum of fuss.

We have been there three times and intend to return soon.
