1. A rate of 8.9% APR representative is available for the purchase of a new Willerby Ellerton at Selected Parks when you enter into a selected finance agreement with Santander Consumer (UK) Plc from 14 January 2024 until 30 April 2024 inclusive.

2. This offer is available to New Customers and also Existing Customers who part exchange their current holiday home (together “Eligible Customers”).

3. New Customers are customers who have never owned, or have never previously owned, a holiday home on a holiday park operated by Parkdean Resorts.

4. Existing Customers are customers who currently own a holiday home situated at any Parkdean Resorts holiday park.

5. Eligible Customers must have been referred to Santander Consumer (UK) plc by Parkdean Resorts. Obtaining finance with Santander Consumer (UK) Plc is subject to status, as well as their terms and deposit criteria. Minimum age restrictions may be in place. 6. 9. For the avoidance of doubt, aside from the offer referred to at condition (8), this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

10. All Eligible Customers will be required to sign a sale and licence agreement when purchasing a new Willerby Ellerton. A sample copy can be provided on request.

11. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

12. Owners currently part of the Parkdean Resorts YourLets scheme should read the terms of the scheme carefully and ensure they comply with any notice requirements for removing their existing holiday home from the scheme.

13. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions on completion of the purchase of their holiday home.

14. This offer will be governed by English law and customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
